Now that i have managed to compile the QVMs successfully you can play the mod offline. The bots dont use the gauntlet or the cloaking but they are quite good with the rail so its fun to play them. Cloaking works against them, but not too well... about as well as it does against real people. Madness quake is based around an extremely fast paced form of deathmatch that allows only a railgun and the gauntlet to be used. You spawn with both and shouldnt run out of ammo (if you live long enough to run out then it's time you died anyway!!) You will also notice that your health regenerates at 2 points per second, this only applies when you are not using a power (cloak, etc) so you have to disable them to regenerate. Commands: - cloak - this command enables the cloak power which allows you to cloak. cloaking reduces your health by 3 points per second but you are really quite difficult to see and have no other disability. strength - this command enables the strength power which gives your fire power a real boost. strength reduces your health by 10 points per second but increases damage to 300% speed - this command enables the speed power. speed increases your rate of fire by 50% and your movement by 20% but reduces your health by 3 points per second warp - this command activates your warp power. this is a single teleport that takes you away from your current position and puts you can in at a spawn point at a cost of 20 HP regen - this command activates the regeneration power. this power regenerates your health by 5 points per second but it reduces all your ammo levels to 0 and stops ammo regeneration until it is deactivated.
