Money money money :)

Awesome. Finally started getting paid yesterday. Never really had a “pay day” like that before so it was pretty cool to see my empty bank account suddenly topped up. Does however mean I have to start paying rent now but that’s all good cuz the house is pretty nice. Now all I need is that “establishment grant” so I can buy a few bits of furniture and maybe even splash out on a PC?

Valentine’s day went by without any major event. Was nice to get some of the guys from the lab out to the pub for a few (too many) drinks that evening though. Paid for it today however Chemistry is not easy when you are not on top form, lol.

I also wanted to put a quick note in here for those of you back home who still have my UK mobile number. I don’t carry it around with me but it is always on so if you feel the urge to send me a text, please do so. It wont cost you any more than it normally would! I have a new aussie mobile number too, so if you don’t recognise the number i reply on, that’ll be it. To be honest, I doubt any of you are reading this but it’s worth putting down. Haha.
